FAQs
Do you ship internationally?
Contact us on LINE OA @inbloombotanica or at hi@inbloombotanica.com to inquire about international shipping.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We chose our packaging deliberately.
Our bottles are made from amber glass, which protects the integrity of the oils inside and is infinitely recyclable when properly processed. Unlike coated or painted glass, structurally colored amber glass does not require chemical stripping before recycling, making it easier to reprocess responsibly.
Where possible, we encourage reuse first. Glass bottles can be repurposed in many ways, and extending their life reduces the need for new materials altogether. When recycling, we recommend separating the components: remove the label, separate the glass bottle from the dropper and cap, and recycle according to local guidelines. The glass and plastic components can typically be recycled; rubber elements may need to be disposed of according to local waste systems.
We are actively working toward refill options and exploring more recyclable components, including aluminum closures, to further reduce material impact over time.
Every material choice we make is considered, balancing product protection, longevity, recyclability, and overall environmental impact.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We’re proud to say yes. We intentionally avoid all harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and drying alcohols. Our formulas are made with gentle, natural oils that support the skin’s barrier and help soothe irritation. If you have extremely reactive skin, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes - all Inbloom products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We’re committed to compassion, in both formulation and practice.
What ingredients do you avoid?
We are committed to creating products 100% free from: synthetic preservatives such as parabens and formaldehydes, sulfates (SLS/SLES), synthetic fragrances and dyes, silicones, petroleum-based ingredients like mineral oil, petrolatum, or parafin, endocrine disruptors such as phthalates, drying alcohols, talc, and other toxins.
How should I store my Inbloom products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Our glass packaging protects the formula, but natural oils can still be sensitive to heat and light.
How long do the products last?
Each product has a shelf life of 12–18 months, depending on the formula and how they are stored once purchased. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months of opening for maximum freshness and potency.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
We primarily source our oils and botanicals from Southeast Asia, beginning in Thailand, working closely with local suppliers and agricultural partners.
Supporting regional farmers and producers is an important part of our model, helping create greater value at the source while strengthening local supply chains and communities. In some cases, we work with seeds recovered from fruit processing, materials that are often overlooked despite their quality and nutrient density, transforming them into high-value skincare ingredients.
Whenever possible, we prioritize materials grown using organic or low-intervention practices.
Can we partner with you as a supplier?
We are always interested in connecting with agricultural partners and food producers aligned with our regenerative sourcing approach.
In certain formulations, we utilize seeds recovered from fruit processing, materials that are often underused despite their quality and potential. If you work with botanicals or process fruit at scale and are interested in exploring collaboration, we welcome you to reach out at sales@inbloombotanica.com
Can I become a stockist or retail partner?
